Refund policy

At UK.ANTA.COM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, our return and refund policy is designed to keep the process simple and transparent.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Final Sale, Limited Edition, Exclusive, or Custom items cannot be returned or refunded.

Your Right of Withdrawal 
Consumers located in the EU have a legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason. 
To exercise this right, please contact our customer service or use the online Returns & Exchanges portal. You must return the goods within 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

Time Frame
You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once your return label has been issued, please ship the items back within 5 business days.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them for quality.
Please allow up to 14 working days for us to process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at checkout.
Original shipping fees may not be refunded.

Exchanges
At this time, direct exchanges are not supported. Please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred size or style.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item you received is defective or incorrect, the cost and risk of return shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
