This Shipping Policy is issued by Xiamen ANTA Tazhiyun E-commerce Co., Ltd. (“we”, “our”, “us”), acting as the data controller for uk.anta.com. Personal data collected for order processing and delivery is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Shipping Countries

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Free Shipping Threshold

ANTA Members: Free standard shipping on orders over £60. [Sign up]

Non-Members: Free standard shipping on orders over £99.

Orders below the free-shipping threshold incur a £10 standard delivery fee.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 3:00 AM GMT will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery typically takes 10 business days depending on destination within the UK. Expedited shipping options may be added in the future.

Delivery will be made within 30 days at the latest from the date of order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed.

Duties & Taxes

All orders shipped within the UK include VAT. No additional import fees will be charged on delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags. Final Sale, Limited Edition, Exclusive or Custom items are non-returnable.

Timeframe: Request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Ship back within 5 business days after receiving the return label.

Process: Start via our online Returns & Exchanges portal.

Refunds: Allow up to 14 working days for receipt, inspection and refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees may not be refunded.

Exchanges: Currently, exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order.

Customer Responsibility

Return shipping costs and risks are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
